Shipping policy

Jaybird partners with trusted manufacturers and distributors to deliver premium wellness equipment directly to customers.  Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Jaybird is not responsible for:

• deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers
• lost shipments resulting from incorrect addresses
• delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information

If an order is shipped to the address provided at checkout, it will be considered successfully fulfilled.

All shipments should be inspected upon delivery.

If visible damage is present:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing

  2. Take photographs of the damage

  3. Contact the shipping carrier and manufacturer immediately

Damage claims must typically be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Jaybird is not responsible for shipping damage once an order has been transferred to the manufacturer, dealer, or shipping carrier.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Because many products are custom manufactured or shipped via freight carriers, processing times may vary depending on the supplier.

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Most products ship using:

• Freight carriers (for large items such as saunas and cold plunges)
• Ground carriers (for smaller wellness equipment)

Delivery times generally range from 5–21 business days, depending on product type, inventory location, and shipping distance.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• weather
• freight carrier delays
• manufacturing lead times
• supply chain disruptions

Jaybird is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

At this time, Jaybird ships exclusively within the United States, to all states.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees for international orders.

Jaybird may submit the following evidence to financial institutions during chargeback disputes:

  • Transaction logs

  • Account activity history

  • IP address records

  • Identity verification records

  • Communication records between users and support

  • Proof of service or delivery

Users may be responsible for any fees incurred by Jaybird due to chargebacks initiated by the user without valid cause or without following the required dispute resolution process.
