Refund policy

All products sold by Jaybird are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party manufacturers, distributors, or authorized suppliers. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that Jaybird acts solely as a retail facilitator connecting customers with these suppliers. As such, Jaybird does not manufacture, warehouse, inspect, or ship the products listed on this website.

Jaybird is not responsible for manufacturer defects, product performance issues, warranty claims, shipping delays, shipping damage, or errors related to carrier handling once an order has been released for fulfillment. Any claims related to product defects, warranties, damages in transit, or product functionality must be directed to the manufacturer or shipping carrier in accordance with their policies.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Jaybird is not responsible for lost shipments, delivery issues, or incorrect deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. If an order is shipped to the address provided at checkout, it will be considered successfully fulfilled.

Due to the nature of high-value wellness equipment and manufacturer fulfillment processes, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing. Jaybird does not guarantee returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer or supplier fulfilling the order.

Jaybird reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in:

  • Repeated chargebacks

  • Scam activity

  • Payment abuse

  • Violation of Jaybird policies

These actions may occur without prior notice if user safety or platform integrity is at risk.

By completing a purchase through Jaybird, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that all warranty service, product support, and defect claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor of the purchased product.
