What Is Molecular Hydrogen — And Why Does It Matter?

Molecular hydrogen (H₂) is the smallest molecule in existence — two hydrogen atoms bonded together. Because of its size, it can penetrate every cell membrane in the body, including the blood-brain barrier, which most antioxidants cannot cross.
